Dear Sirs,
Last week my daughter had to go to Auckland to visit relatives and her vehicle broke down on the motorway,she called your company who were quick to get her towed in and given a courtesy car so she could be on her way.
The problem was tracked down and was fixed quickly and efficiently.
To my pleasant surprise she was given the faulty parts (A leaking water hose and faulty HT leads) and after inspecting both the work and the cost I felt it relevant to write to you and express my thanks for both looking after my daughter's car and giving her such a reasonable account for the work done.
It was great to see that Auckland is not the "bad" place that we Wellingtonians have been told it is!
