WHO ARE WE ??
Total Vehicle Solutions was born out of the need to have all vehicle problems
rectified collectively by one company - a one-stop-shop for all automotive service and supply requirements.
The company began in 1990 in Penrose as an importing and quality parts supplier however we very soon realised that if we were going to supply vital parts such as engines, gearboxes transmissions etc with panel and suspension equipment then we should fit them correctly and offer an extended warranty.
We set about hiring experts in the mechanical field and very soon became a major player in the mechanical sector within the Penrose Onehunga area. We also continued to supply to the trade within the Auckland and North island area.
We soon outgrew our premises and moved to a new location in Great South Road where we stayed for another four years.
During this time we made the decision to sell our part's business and concentrate on vehicle repairs and compliance work for dealers. This we did and eventually amalgamated our buisness with the largest compliance Company in Penrose where up to 600 vehicles were complied every month. We of course oversaw the mechanical and engineering repairs required in order for these vehicles to meet the stringent safety rules required in New Zealand.
We were fortunate enough to surround ourselves with precise experts in each field and have built upon those skill areas and now operate service centres in Auckland with new locations developing "online" all the time.
We pride ourselves in giving good value for money and belong to the Motor Trade Association as we feel they are well aligned to look after their members and the interests of the public. As they do not operate service centres themselves they offer unbiased advise to consumers unlike other associations who may have other agendas.
